NetXSecure NZ Limited were incorporated in January of 2000. The company was formed primarily to address the challenges of conducting secure commercial activity over the Public Internet from business systems connected to Internal network systems. Initially NXS sold and supported Network Flight Recorder (NFR) security software to the Telecom New Zealand Enterprise Management Group EMS Global while also providing network support for large network customers Wang New Zealand (now Gen-I) and Affco New Zealand.

NXS has a technical team with strong industry experience from leading brands Wang and IBM® including internals training in operating systems enhanced IBM370® architecture Wang VSOS, BSD UNIX® at both Berkeley and UCLA university and more recently Microsoft® advanced Exchange server products. An NXS developer wrote an entire security and performance monitoring suite in IBM370® assembler for the Wang VS computer system in 1985 beginning a career of very technical software development integrated with operating systems or as in the case of our TrojanXproof® the software product is contained within the operating system kernel itself.

Currently NXS develops our Hotel Internet Access systems which are derived from our Secured server product with a separate development effort concentrating on a smart phone mobile handset data terminal product. The NXS support team provide support for our existing products and on request will provide more general support for networks or specialist skills such as security audits and Microsoft® / UNIX® and Mac OS X or Linux integration.
